So you attended training. Now what? On your record this is completed, but we never speak about it again?

How do we overcome this?
· Reinforcement of learning throughout the session
- Opportunities to apply to own role/ scenarios
· Clear summary of learning at the end of the session
· Learning summary of the key points from the training to be shared with line manager
· One month following, a discussion with line manager of how you have applied the learning to your role
